Consultant's part

Availability
Here the consultant can state availability which will be seen simultaneously in the poners' calendar when they book meetings for this consultant. Choose type of availability and if it is all day or only hours before using the mouse at drag and drop. Hvis the field "location" is filled in, the phoner can see where in the country the sales person is booked and it will be easier to plan a meeting geographically.

Meetings
When the consultant clicks on a meeting in the calendar, the data which the project leader has chosen are whown in the text form "item report". Item data are merged into this form and are shown under the calendar.

Maps
When you click on the Krak symbol at the right a popup window shows and item data are automatically inserted into the search fields.
