Main features - Auto emailing

It is possible to configure Phonepilot in such a way, that a meeting confirmation will be sent, at the moment when you hang up.

In some cases the project manager will choose approve the meeting before its sent. Therefore, both configurations are possible and found in the settings of the project.

Meeting confirmations, direct mails and subject reports are made so that the data of the item is merged into the mail. It is possible to upload files with e.g. info from the customer and attach them by default on each mail from that customer.

The company you book meetings or do sales work for can be inserted as sender. You do not necessarily have to send from your own mail address.

Furthermore, it is possible to send up to 1000 mails at a time and the delivery status will be shown for each mail.
